There are many hair problems that young girls have to face due to excessive use of chemicals, flat iron, curling rods or even hair dryers. The hair problems can lead to rough looking hair which cause a major problem and that is the split ends hair problem. The split ends hair problem is something that cannot be cured directly. For such hair problems, certain precautionary measures can be taken so that you can have beautiful hair that is free from damage like the split ends hair problem. If you already have split ends, the only way to get rid of them is to cut your hair.

It is very important to know your hair type and the type of hair problems you are going through apart from the split ends hair problem. For example, oily hair is completely different from dry. Know your hair type first of all. To identify split ends hair problem in your hair, check the lower ends of your hair. If you find split strands emerging from a single strand of your hair, you have found the root to your hair problems. This actually is a split end. Since you have found your split ends hair problem, get your hair cut as soon as you can. Make sure you get a haircut every six to eight weeks. Cut them up to a length of one inch on a regular basis. Trimming them is the most important thing.

Oil your hair if you actually want to get rid of the damage being caused by split ends hair problem. Oiling is the key solution to almost all types of hair problems. The right amount of oil will keep your hair nourished and damages like the split ends hair problem will not occur. It is best if you oil your hair before every wash, however oiling weekly also proves to be helpful. Once you are about to wash your hair after oiling them, wash them with a shampoo that has less amount of harmful chemicals and the one that suits your hair type too. You will have to experiment a few times to get to have the perfect shampoo for yourself.

For proper nourishment, you need to condition your hair on a regular basis too. Use a good quality hair conditioner that suits your hair type and will not cause any other hair problems to start. Never apply hair conditioner on the scalp. This will lead to hair fall and you certainly do not want other hair problems to start apart from your already existing split ends hair problem. Do not use products that say they will leave your hair free from split ends because you never know they might cause other hair problems.

Try to dry your hair naturally and stay away from hair dryers. Do not rub your hair vigorously as that can lead to breakage due to your split ends hair problem. Brushing wet hair is not a good option either. Just leave them the way they are. Keep your hair away from excessive sunlight and pollution because these things also cause split ends hair problem. Too much exposure to heat damages the hair. Use a swimming cap to cover your hair whenever you go out for swimming. It is also important to wash your hair with cold water as hot water will absorb the moisture from your hair and will leave it dry so that the chance of split ends hair problem is more.

Follow the above mentioned easy tips to get rid of the split ends hair problem and make them healthy by eating a good and healthy diet that is rich in proteins and proper vitamins. You are sure to have beautiful, healthy hair that is free from all types of hair problems.

We all want full, beautiful, youthful looking hair, and that means we just want lots of shine. Why? Because shiny hair simply passes off as healthy hair! Did you know that the smoother the hair cuticle, the more shine it reflects? When a hair cuticle is damaged, light gets absorbed into cracks, making hair look dull. Therefore, you need to fill in those cracks and use the right techniques to smooth the cuticle. So here are 3 simple steps to help you out

For Straight Hair

Step 1: Cleansing
Before you get that shine, you need to cleanse your hair of all the built-up gunk from hair products that’s accumulated over time. For this, use a deep-cleansing shampoo once a week. Start by applying conditioner first from your ears all the way down to your ends to provide a protective barrier on the strands that helps prevent tears and split ends from forming. Continue by applying the deep-cleansing shampoo only to your roots, lather, and try rinsing with cold water to help seal and smooth the cuticle.
Step 2: Preparation
Apply an anti-frizz serum or polishing milk to towel-dried hair. Make sure you run it through the hair using a fine tooth comb – this will ensure that those cracks and crevices get filled with moisture instead of being blow away when you start to blowdry. Finish off with a volumizing spray for a little pick-me-up.
Step 3: Finish and Style
Use a blow-dryer with a nozzle attached and point the airflow only downwards to help ensure smooth cuticles as you dry. Finish drying your hair with cold air from your blow-dryer and apply a shine spray or frizz serum to ends for ultimate shine.

For Curly Hair

Step 1: Hydrate
Start by using a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, as curly hair tends to get a lot dryer than straight hair. For best shine results on curly hair, try washing every other day so you don’t strip the hair of its natural oils.
Step 2: Prep
Apply a frizz-ease serum or a shine curl-enhancing spray/cream to wet strands. Comb the cream throughout the entire hair using a wide-tooth comb because that will make the cuticle lie a little flatter.
Step 3: Finish and Style

Twist inch-size pieces around your finger, then scrunch the spirals up, shaping individual curls to make them more uniform. Finish off by blow-drying your hair with a diffuser or letting it air-dry to reduce heat damage.

When choosing your hairstyle, remember that you’ll have a much easier time if you choose a style that lets hair do what it wants naturally.New years and new hairstyles often go hand in hand and discovering a new hairstyle sometimes involve changing the length of the hairstyle itself. The length of hair can produce varying hairstyles and is an integral part of any hairstyle. There are specific hairstyles that look better at certain lengths than others and sometimes a change in length can be very refreshing as women who have switched from longer locks to a short or mid-length know all to well. Everybody is different and choosing hairstyles that match each person will depend on these difference.

Winter time can be a rough time for our hair. Why? The harsh winds and the cold air can cause our hair to become dry faster. Dryness can cause breakage and over time damage from split ends. But do not fear if you live in an area of the country that has many cold winter days. There are steps you can take to protect your hair in the winter.

Things You will Need
Conditioner
Deep conditioner
Hat
Scarf
Cap
1. Condition your hair every time you wash it. If your hair is dry use a rich conditioner. If your hair is oily you should choose a lighter conditioner or apply only on the length of the hair avoiding the scalp area.
2. Deep condition your hair every week. This is done by purchasing a special hair conditioning packet which can be found at most department stores or drug stores. The packet holds enough conditioner for one application. Wash your hair as you normally would. Then apply the condition all over your hair avoiding the scalp area if you have oily hair. Wrap a towel around your hair or place a shower cap on your head covering your entire hair length. Allow the conditioner to set on your hair for five to ten minutes. Rinse with cool water.
3. Cover your hair when it is extremely cold outside or when the wind is blowing. You can do this easily by wearing a hat cap or scarf.
4. Avoid washing your hair more often theen needed. Frequent hair washing can cause the scalp to loose moisture that it needs especially in the winter months.
5. Use lukewarm or cool water when washing your hair. Hot water can cause damage to the hair.
